1. About these terms
By creating an account on SEOOrbit.ai (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The Service
SEOOrbit provides automated SEO tooling, including AI-generated articles, backlink outreach, audits, and analytics. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We'll notify customers in advance of meaningful changes.
3. Your content
You own the content the Service produces on your behalf. We retain a non-exclusive license to use anonymized, aggregated performance data to improve the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to produce spam, harassment, infringing content, or content that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.
5. Billing
Plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. You can cancel anytime via the dashboard. Annual plans are refundable on a prorated basis within 30 days of purchase.
6. Termination
Either party can terminate at any time. On termination, you can export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted from our active systems.
7. Disclaimers
SEO outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We don't guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue outcomes. The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SEOOrbit, Inc. is incorporated.
