What we collect
- Account data: name, email, company, password hash.
- Site data: the public pages we crawl on your behalf, and the analytics/Search Console data you connect.
- Usage data: standard product analytics so we can improve the Service.
How we use it
To run the Service, generate your reports and content, send transactional and (optionally) marketing email, and improve our models. We do not sell your data.
Third parties
We use sub-processors for hosting, email, analytics, and AI inference. A full list is available on request.
Data retention
Account and site data are retained for the life of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation, then deleted from active systems.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@seoorbit.ai.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies (session, CSRF) and, with your consent, analytics cookies.
